Well Happy New Years! — Can’t believe I haven’t posted since last year ;)
Can’t believe it’s January 2nd. The year is flying by already!

We had a good New Years. I taught C how to jump off the couch and “jump into the new year” and bang pots and pans at midnight. I think she thought I was crazy but my mama has always done it so I’m carrying on the tradition :)

I can barely make sentences today. I’ve got a fever and a sore throat… I wanna just sleep forever but my body won’t let me. I’m hoping to get better by Wed. for my 21st birthday!! I’d hate to be sick for that.  :( Crossing my fingers!!!

Yesterday Z and I rode up to the Parkway and as soon as we got there it started pouring down the rain. We went up to Blowing Rock instead and shopped a while. The sun finally started shining so we got on the Parkway and rode back down.

This morning I woke up to a message from my mom that had a picture of my sisters car….. totaled. Despite the fact that I feel like I’ve been run over, I jumped outta bed and called her. THANKFULLY, K and M we’re alright. They got hit head on at 4 corners in Mocksville. The other person is alright too. I’m definitely counting my blessings this morning… and getting back to my coffee and heating pad!
